Marshall Socarras Grant, P.L. (MSG) litigation attorneys Andrew Fine and Ruben E. Socarras successfully defended against a proceedings supplementary action to invade a client’s revocable living trust in Miami, Florida.  The Plaintiff in the case sought to take over $2,000,000 from the trust to satisfy a judgment against the trustee’s son, claiming that there were fraudulent transfers by or on behalf of the son giving rise to liability.  At the recent trial, Fine and Socarras were able to show that the Plaintiff’s claims against the trust and the trustee had no merit, and the Judge hearing the case entered a verdict in favor of MSG’s client.
